| Scandinavian
Travel Center Transfer Services
The Scandinavian Travel Center Transfer
Service program is intended to accommodate specifically those
South Florida visitors who prefer to skip the taxi option
and instead ride between locations in absolute privacy and
comfort.
|

|
At the base level, all transfer services include pickup at
a pre-arranged location, Meet & Greet by English speaking
driver/greeter, and the comfort and security of being transported
in well-maintained vehicles by professionally trained and
fully licensed personnel.
Meet & Greet by Scandinavian speaking guide, as well as
general guide services, are available, at additional cost,
for individual and group transfers alike.

Transfer options: |
One-Way Transfer
Airport pickups include Meet & Greet by driver at the terminal
(by customs or by gate, depending upon flight) – and,
counting from time of actual flight arrival, this transfer service
includes a two-hour wait period after which the driver will
return his vehicle to station headquarters. Guests are therefore
encouraged to proceed through the airport terminal in reasonable
pace and to call the transportation company directly (toll-free
number will be provided in connection with all transfer bookings)
in case of extensive delays.
For all other one-way transfers, regardless of pickup location,
the wait period is two hours counting from pre-arranged pickup
time.
Driver will meet guests with a sign, displaying guest/booking
name, either inside airport or outside cruise port terminals
- in connection with hotel pickups, guests are required to meet
driver outside the hotel lobby.
Post
Cruise Transfer
A transportation service intended for travelers returning from
a cruise in the morning hours, whose flight is scheduled for
departure later in the afternoon/evening. Guests are picked
up at their port of entry, dropped off at a destination of their
choice (pre-arranged), picked up several hours later and dropped
off, finally, at the airport in plenty of time to check in.
Luggage stays in the vehicle during entire transfer service
period.
All Post Cruise Transfers are offered at a 4-hour minimum (counting
from time of pickup to time of drop-off) – any additional
hours must be booked at least 30 days in advance. Be advised
that all cruise pickups, unless otherwise requested, are scheduled,
by default, for 10:00 AM.
